Orders
How do I place an order?+
Add items to your cart, click the cart icon top right, then "Checkout". You can create an account or order as a guest.
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?+
Yes, if it hasn't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible. Once in transit, cancellation becomes a standard return.
How do I find the right part for my vehicle?+
Use the search bar at the top — type your brand, model and year (e.g. "polaris rzr 2018"). You can also save your vehicle in your garage to auto-filter compatible results.
Is there a minimum order amount?+
No order minimum. For free shipping, the minimum is $49.
Shipping and pickup
How much is shipping?+
Free in Canada on orders $49+. Below $49, rate based on weight and destination (typically $9.99 to $19.99). Full details on the Shipping page.
How long until I receive my order?+
1-3 business days in Quebec and Ontario, 2-5 in the Maritimes and Prairies, 4-7 in BC. Times start from shipping date.
Can I pick up my order in store?+
Yes — always free. Choose "In-store pickup" at checkout. See the Shipping page for hours.
Do you ship to the USA or internationally?+
By request. Contact us for a quote with your item list and shipping address.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?+
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Mathias Power Parts gift cards. Payment at pickup is also available (cheque, Interac debit, cash).
Is payment secure?+
Yes. All transactions are encrypted (SSL/TLS) and processed by Stripe, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. No card information is stored on our servers.
What taxes apply?+
GST (5%) + QST (9.975%) for Quebec residents. GST + HST per province for the rest of Canada. Clearly shown at checkout before payment.
Can I use a gift card?+
Yes — enter the 16-character code in the "Gift card" field at checkout. See gift cards.
Returns and warranty
What's your return policy?+
30 days to return an unused item in original packaging. Full details on the Returns page.
How long for a refund?+
Once the return is received and inspected (3-5 days), refund is issued on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Any non-returnable items?+
A few exceptions: opened chemicals, custom items, used helmets (hygiene), mounted tires. Check the product page.
Parts warranty?+
Manufacturer warranty applies. Mathias Power Parts assists with the claim process at no cost.

How do I add a vehicle to my garage?+
Click "Add my vehicle" at the top of the site. Pick the category (powersports, marine, bike, auto), brand, model and year.
Can I have multiple vehicles in my garage?+
Yes, as many as you want. Switch between them at the top of the site to filter products.
